That looks like some type of universal wheel that Pep boys or some small mechanic shop would sell.

They came with the car....

The center cover broke and just looking for replacement parts

I'd look for replacement wheels before I would the parts for those wheels.

Try taking a wheel off and look for any distinguishable markings that would say a manufacturers wheel or model number?

those are KMC "gnome"
good luck finding caps for those, i think those came out in the late 90's, and they sure as hell arent popular or worth holding on to
