Default GTO vs 135i NEW VIDS ADDED

My GTO (mods in sig 441/419) vs buddies 135i. Auto, catless dp's, axle back, twin cone intakes, fmic, water meth, 18psi, pump/race gas mix. Not sure on the brand of tuning software, no numbers.

Both 40-130/140.

Enjoy.

Good strong runs by both cars. 135i moves, but I'm not surprised the _35i cars can move with some mods in them. 335i, 135i, etc.

its a 2010. He said it should be 400-440whp and 440-480wtq. Car is ~200lbs lighter. I do love me some close races like that.

Nice. Any times on your current setup? I keep trying to talk myself into buying one, but the sound my M3 makes is just so much better.

Not yet, we will go next month though. His 135i ran a 12.2@112 (on radials) with intakes, exhaust and tune. He has since done the meth, fmic and more boost. Im betting he will easily run a high 11 and I hope to dip into the 11's with a decent sixty foot.

I'm going to make an educated guess and say he's definitely in the 118-120 mph trap range as well. Very quick cars.

^ I would say so. Even if I can't get it to trap that high, it certainly runs with cars that trap that high from a roll so thats mostly what matters to me.

18psi is pretty good for the stock turbo's. That is a strong running 135i for sure and that GTO ain't shabby by any means. Do you know if he was an N54(twin turbo) or N55(single twin scroll turbo)? In 2010 during the middle of that year bmw switched out from N54's to N55 motors. The later of the two not being as potent, but still pretty responsive to modifications. I'd imagine it's an N54

It is the N54, its an earlier build I think. The best part, is he is a paraplegic and rocking hand controls in that bitch lol

That's awesome. Good for him not letting his passion go due to physical limitations.

I was a passenger in the 135, and man I loved it. But, a cammed GTO just works well, especially with the driver mod it has.

Anyways before the year is over, we will get a video of a 4 lane race between myself, that GTO, the 01 5.0 stroker Cobra and this 135. Should be an awesome race! lol
