Default Park/Neutral safety relay control

Trying to set up a relay for a park/neutral safety switch in a 2007 5.3 (L59)/4L60E conversion. can I use that light green (switch signal) wire from the PNP or the dark green (clutch start signal) wire from the PNP to trigger the relay?

The light green wire pin 8 on the PNP switch is the shift interlock, may only work in park, not sure. The dark green wire pin 1 is the starter relay wire. From the ignition switch, the starter wire should be hooked to pin 12, pink wire on the PNP switch. Then pin 1 dark green would go to the starter relay on terminal 85. Relay terminal 86 goes to ground. Terminal 30 would be 12v constant and terminal 87 will go to the starter solenoid.

What did you have to ground to bypass the switch?
