Anyone who thinks you can jump on steroids and look like and do that kinda stuff is a moron.

Even if they have done **** before, that's a small part of getting to the level they are on.

Phillips circled this one on the schedule for sure. It's going to be a good game.

Look up their NFL combine stats when they were drafted.

They see how many reps you can do at 225lbs (I believe it's 225).

Cushing: 30 reps
Watt: 34 reps

That's before they went to any NFL training camp.

Let's see a powerlifter do that.

youre comparing two totally different sports. powerlifters are training for 1 rep max's. these guys are doing the opposite, moderate weight till failure reps. they are both difficult, but your training style and program would cater to one or the other. the football guys are doing lifting programs with more endurance and drop sets obviously.

This is more impressive than some fat powerlifter in a bench suit.

You serious? A power lifter or body builder could probably do 100 reps at 225.

But these guys are strong and agile, there is videos of watt jumping 55inches onto a box. That's something a power lifter couldnt do.

Quick Reply: Cushing and Watt are jacked
