the a/c connections are different at the evaporator so what have any of you done when doing an ls swap? i have all my ls1 a/c stuff. i dont want to have to take the heater box out just to change to an ls1 style a/c evaporator

There's 2 ways that I've done it. First swap I cut the lines in front of the evap and welded the lines together. The second swap I just use the ls1 compressor and just bolted the lt1 lines right to it. Yes it is that simple!

If you have a shop that can built or mod the hoses and lines you have now.

For my Chevelle, that is what I did, merged the two sets of hoses and end together.
