Default 94 lt1 camaro backfiring/misfiring

i need some help i just rebuilt my lt1 with new crank rods pistons lt4 hot cam edlebrock intake and heads new wires and plugs trans rebuilt and i got pcm tuned at pcm for less i got it going and i have several problems the fans stay on all the time when the engine is runnig with no relay and it has a misfire at take off when cold also back fire in exshast did a valve adjustment twice and thats not it can some one give me some ideas where to start

Plug wires. Make sure they are routed correctly. Even if you think they are, double check them anyway. How did you do the valve adjustment?

I'm having an issue with that as well, and someone told me to check for a broken O2 sensor or sensor wire. I deleted my rear sensors, and only have the upstream sensors in it.

The rear O2's do nothing but monitor the gasses passing the catyletic converter. If you were having problems with the front O2's the car would run fine until warmed up. Not sure if it would cause backfiring. If this is the case, unplug the O2's and see if the car will run alright even after it reaches operating temp.
