Default Engine seems to be sputtering

ALL,
i have a 98 trans-am stock engine , i just installed a level 2 performabuilt trans. i was cruising and floored it..seems as though it is bogging down and engine almost dies until i let off the accelerator. There is no popping or backfire just bogging down...... If it accelerate gradually no issues just when i go to WOT. Never had this issue before the transmission. Fuel pump was replaced 1 yr ago as the gauge was bad.

I am a soldier stationed here in Germany so..shops are very limited to get codes etc... Any ideas will be appreciated.

can you slowly ease into it and get it up to redline???? sounds to me like theres a calibration issue.. is it a TCS car? im willing to bet the car is reacting to wheelspin. also if you made an oops like i did and not check the tire sizes on a used set of wheels and end up with taller tires on the front the car literally wouldnt let me get over about 40 at times....
