Default 99 Z28 Parts Car wont Start

I picked a wrecked car up a few months ago. Started perfect when I first got it. Has sat in my driveway unstarted for 2 months now.

Threw a battery in and it just cranks??? Ether she pops some. Haven't checked actual pressure, but fuel does squirt out at the rail?

The only thing I've done is disconnect the driveshaft to tow her home?

Tried in park and neutral to start.

Any thoughts on what I'm missing??? Oh, also ran the scanner no codes.

Old gas? I'd first start by turning the key to ON and checking to see if you can hear the fuel pump priming. If no sounds, look into the fuel pump possibly being shot. Also is the security light on? If so look into the VATS being an issue, the VATS will allow the engine to crank but will cut off fuel if it senses the incorrect resistance in the circuit. I may be wrong on the VATS but I'm pretty sure that's how it works. Try cleaning the resistor pellet on the key with some electrical cleaner.

Fuel pumps definitely priming. I'll have to check the security thing.

The other dumb move which "may" have hosed something was the battery I used was low. I tried jumping it and no go. I added a charger to it no go. Wondering if I blew a fuse or something.
