Top of Texas T/A

High guys I have just bought a 2001 trans am and I've changed all the plugs and wires and I get random backfiring and missing the backfire seems to happen more so when I down shift or I get on it and it will miss only when I'm going a constant speed it's a 6 speed with some mods it's got slp long tub headers if any one could give me some feed back I would appreciate it greatly
