Nissan 200sx s14 LS1+T56 Drift project
Hi, just startet my project.
The car is an Nissan 200sx s14a. The car is only used on track for drift, and now its time for a change:-)
The old sr20det engine has been removed, and now starting to fit the LS1 and t56.
The engine, gearbox, pcm and wirring comes from an camaro 98'.
I'll try to keep you updated, and i guess i have alot of questions when the project moves further.
My plan with the engine was to change the intake to af ls6, Cam from Comp cams: #54-444-11 which specs at 224/230 @>050 581/588 114lsa and then tunning it with hptuner at the dyno. Anybody has some input/advice?
Sorry about my bad english;-)
At track:-)
In the garage.
Just an old pic at the engine.
The removal af the sr20det.
Need to cut of the "crossbar"(dont know the correct word:-) )
Now much more workspace.
The first test mount before engine mount fabricating starts. Just dont know yet how to align the engine correct to the propshaft. Any ideas?
Wich also reminds me about i have to find a yoke(thinks its the word for the part of the propshaft that fits the gearbox) for the t56 i can fit on the org nissan proshaft.
