My pics of my TC78 and PT7675
So I figure I'd post up some pics of my recent conversion from a TC78 to a PT7675. I haven't actually installed it yet, but I pulled the TC78 out and got some side by side shots for you guys to compare. I also did a mockup of the turbo in the car and my hot and cold side piping line up. The outlet is a bit longer on the PT unit compared to the TC. The t4 flange in relation to the downpipe outlet is spot on the same. I had to hold off bolting on the PT unit because the only clearence issue I had was how I have the radiator piping ran to the waterpump hits the compressor housing. The compressor housing is noticably larger so if you have a tight area around the compressor keep that in mind. The turbine housing is about the same with subtle differences. Pics below.

im glad you posted that pic of the tc-78. it shows me just what i needed to see my tc-78 has a .96 housing but it has been cut and a 3.5 downpipe flange welded on and is tapered perfectly to the turbine. it is such a nice job i thought it was stock. my downpipe flange is 3.5 id and 4.25 od of flange. anyone ever seen one done like mine and how much improvement was it. thanks.
