Just wondering if the unit is any good and can you log AFR vs. RPM.

I just called... unless you are running a standalone engine management system, you can't log vs rpm.... but there is a serial output so maybe somebody smart can figure out how to do it.

If it has an analog output like 0-4V or 0-5V you could
stuff that to your A/C pressure sender connector and
log it along with engine RPM using your EFILive/AutoTap/
HPTuners engine scanning/logging.

"User-programmable 0-5v analog output included for use with data loggers and ANY engine management system"

From the site. It would work great logging it through the A/C pressure sender!

I might pick up one...

SC-

EDIT: Er... $600 bucks! Maybe I'll wait on that...

I have a friend who can get me one at a discount through his car parts business. That's why I am looking at it.

I was reading in another post that the voltage is not linear with some Wideband O2 units and doesn't correlate correctly with AFR unless you use a look up table? or formula?

Can someone enlighten me on this? I don't want to have a $500 paperweight if I can't log RPM vs. AFR.

I use the PLX Wideband and it is the exact same as the dyno. I am a dealer for them, but my pricing is the same as theirs unfortunately . www.plxdevices.com

hmmmmm..... if this would work, i would be sold. I have been waiting on the dynojet WBC for almost 3 months.
So is the pressure sender two wire or? I would unplug the sender, wire the WB output to the (+) side, ground the other or?

Speed Demon... does your friend have any in stock?

Thanks

Retsell, do you make a 2-1/16" gauge for it? I already have a 3 gauge pillar installed... one spot is still open..... the WBC was supposed to go there.

Rice ETR,
Let us know how it works for you.

I see they have one channel and two channel. What is the second channel for?

definitely will.

I imagine two channel gives the ability to measure both banks at the same time.... with me being turbo, i only need one downstream from the turbo. I already welded a bung in, just need the gauge

Exactly One controller, 2 sensors, 2 outputs.

Mine's sitting on the kitchen counter awaiting install. One in each downpipe. Not all turbo guys need just one channel
