6.0 foxbody swap
Got a few questions:
LQ4/glide setup into 84 hatchback.
Are there mechanical ports for water temp, oil pressure?
Best alternator bracket?
Will 94-04 motor mounts with ls conversion plates work with stock location style member? I really dont want to buy another member.
Are the truck coils any different performance wise than the car coils?

there are ports on the cyl heads for water temp, and you can drill/tap the adapter above the oil filter for oil pressure.
alt bracket you can use the BMR one or the stock one
they make mounts that bolt to stock k-members
truck coils (ones with the heatsinks on them) supposedly are better, though I have never had any issue with car coils

Thanks for the input. It would be great if brp only sold the motor mounts. I dont really want the rest of the stuff. Plus I would like to have solid mounts.

Is there a way to run the stock tensioner when you are only going to spin the alt? No other accessories will be spun by the belt.
