Having electrical problems car wont start and cluster dies while driving please help!

Having electrical problems car wont start and cluster dies while driving please help! The ride sometimes doesn't start once I turn it off, I usually mess with the electrical boxes and try again then it starts. Yesterday during cruise, my entire gauge cluster completely died off and on, and was acting like the car wanted to die out. I punched it to get ahead and stop doing it, then again a couple of more times on the way home.
Today at star up and once in gear, it did it again with the cluster goin off and on, briefly and then like nothing, I parked the car at small job u had to do, and when I shut it off, everything died unable to roll up the Windows. I mess with wires tighten the battery and after a few tries it came back on.
Any ideas guys!?... Sucks because I get it tuned tomorrow

If yours is not turning on but the gauge cluster is on and nothing dims, then yes its similar to mine. All i did was swap the relays (Ignition&Starter) in the fuse box on the front right hand side of the engine compartment.
