67 Cutlass Convertible LY6 Project
Well I know I have hit up enough members here for help so I might as well post some pics! Car started as a very clean all original 330 Jetfire. Now its sporting a cammed LY6, LS3 intake, DBW, 4L85e, 9inch and all the rest of the usual suspects.

Its getting there & looks right at home...I tried both truck & corvette exhaust manifolds neither would work so I ordered Hooker LS Swap headers & 3" full exhaust from PYPES. Both fit extremely well.

Wrapping things up and off to the tuners we go. HUGE thank you to Larry @ Burkes Performance in Rincon GA for helping me get things right. He moved the ecm & tcm inside & under the dash, cleaned up all my wiring mistakes & got my baby running.

Im starting to really put some miles on this thing now...& yes it's a big hit at shows and everywhere we drive it. As you can tell by the boy in the trunk..kids arent as impressed!!!

Ohh I feel your pain. Thank g-d my 13 year old is getting with the program. After going to a few X275 & Outlaw Drag radial events with some buddies, he's begging me to procharge it or run a twin turbo set up. This thing was all over the road on the gas as is so I had to upgrade the front & rear suspension. I cant weld & fab up turbo pipes so I'm leaning towards changing cams & probably adding a procharger on here in the next few months.

Funny. my T/A gets horrible gas mileage, lucky to get 15 mpg. Yea my 17 year old drives a 2008 Mustang GT slightly modded and tuned, she is a muscle car fan, but unfortunately the only thing she likes from the 80's is the hair metal.

Thanks!! Yes I kept the truck drive by wire with the LS3 intake. Switched my gas pedal to the corvette pedal though, much better design than the truck piece. The guys at PSI set up the new harness to accept the new pedal.
