Default Driver's seat wont move

Drivers seat controls do not work. None of the buttons work at all. When the buttons are pressed, the motor underneath makes no noise at all. Checked the fuse/breaker in the fuse panel and it was good. Even swapped it with the window breaker, and the windows still worked but the seat did not. Is this some kind of motor issue? Or could it be the switchboard in the actual seats?? Luckily, the seat is perfectly positioned where I like it, however, it makes it very difficult for the wife to drive the car. How would i further diagnose this?

My new firebird does this. I haven't spent the time to look at it.

There are a couple connections, all appear to be connected and not frayed

How did you test this??? Its a breaker and one that is known to get fried in these cars.

Does you rear defogger work?

Swapped it with the window breaker. Window still worked and seat did not. How can I test the defogger?

Ice and colder weather.

I wouldn't write off the breaker yet, but switching the two would indicate that they are both good.

I think I'd try putting a fuse in place of the breaker just to confirm that the breakers aren't tripping under the load. (Both could be a bit gimpy due to their age.)

Next, I'd go next to the connector under the seat, unplug it and use a probe to see what kind of voltage is at the plug. If there is indeed power to the plug, and the breaker is 100% not it, the problem would be in the seat.
