Dont mind the date on the pictures, I just didnt set the date on the camera, they are all from this years september.
Engine mods:
224/228 .598/600 112 Mild Cam swap.
Nitrated Comp cam beehive valve springs good to .650 lift
7.4" Chromoly pushrods
Comp cams dual roller timing chain
Blue printed and ported LS6 high flow oil pump
Doug Thorley LSX swap long tube headers.
dual stainless steel Mangna flow exhaust with mendrel bent pipes.
Believed to have about 70k miles on the engine before swap.
Made 319RWHP/414RWTQ on chassis Dyno - have graph to prove as well.
Chassis Mods:
New front and rear lowering springs and shocks 2/3"
New Totaly Tubular rear trailing arms and bushings
New adjustable track arm.
Practicaly new drum brakes and lines througout.
New LSX swap engine mounts
Has a stock(not original from this truck) TH400 with a new 3k stall street/strip summit racing torque converter.
New Lokar cable mounted shifter w/Reverse lockout.
Stock 12Bolt posi rearend with 3.73 gears.
275/50/15 on all 4 corners
Power Steering but manual brakes.
No A/C or Heat. Have new heater core and can easily hook it up to new engine but I dont drive in winter.
Windshield wipers and lights work fine.
Body is in great shape given its age. Very little rust and what rust there is, is only surface rust. No major dents either. solid and straight. Needs a paintjob though.
Made a few passes at IRP 1/4 mile strip and went a best of 13.6@98MPH on street tires!
Hooks up well and makes a smooth pass and brakes well after. Great street rod. Just needs some TLC and a bit more cash to take it to the next level! Drives great as is though.

Wish I had just $10k to put into this sweet truck. Paint, disc brakes, 6speed swap, and I would keep it, unfortunatly I dont have that kinda money to put into it right now

oh yea its fun driving it around town, but hoping on the interstate for a certain amount of time gets old. I guess im just spoiled by overdrives though lol. If I end up keeping it im going with a built 5 or 6 speed for sure before anything else gets done!
