Big headache! Buyer originally has said YES/DEAL on the phone like 30-45 minutes after the original post. Then it became a bidding war.
About a week later I hit him up and said price went up $300. This is after he clearly said deal before anyone else (I have the text to prove it). Well since he was including a set of LS2 heads (243 or 799). I figured selling those would make the difference.
Well when I received them the heads were clearly #806 castings. I told him and all he said was that he was going based on what they told him. I keep asking him what he wants to do as far as the difference goes since these heads are worth more in scrap aluminum to me. Still no reply. So I guess PayPal claim might be next best things.
