I got some gauges for my pillar, but no direction.
I bought some gauges water temp and oil psi, from maverick man carbon, they are nice gauges and match my car, but no directions, I got it all nice and fitted, just do not know where some wires go, for the water temp, where does that go on the head, the cord is about 3 feet long if not shorter, also has spliced wires maybe for the lights, where do they go to metal? Same with oil, where can that hook up to to read off of.

the oil pressure gauge should plug into the harness under the dash in the middle (if you have the certain year that has them)
Also, your car comes with a water temp gauge....
Post a picture of the wires.
Look up what brand gauge they are for directions
What "spliced" wires?

They are from speedhut gauges.
Also, the wires I found are for just for the lighting, they are red, black, white wires that have the ends cut where the wire is exposed, I just need to find a spot to put them to or connect. them.

'04s don't have the CAN bus which the LS2 does with the harness. For oil pressure you need to install a sending unit. They are not all the same so I'd contact the manufacturer to get the right one.

From what I recall, you replace the stock oil pressure sensor (aka sending unit) and replace it with one that has the plug or pins to connect to your gauge. 3feet of wiring sounds like too little, though.
I think you can go get some primary wire and extend the wire to the length you need.

Is it like hidden in the dash, I have to play with the buttons?

As far as the red, white, black, read the instructions that came with the gauge.
I'm sure its Red- 12v switched, Black - Ground, White- probably will be wired to a variable voltage source (dimmer switch) so that you can dim the gauges with the cluster, radio, interior lighting
