BOV and WG help

I'm doing a stock 5.3l with ls6 cam and a eBay gt45. What size BOV and WG? Are Godspeed or turbosmart one ok? Part # will help to. Thanks.

Racepartsolutions.com (RPS) has a good, inexpensive 50 mm BOV that would be a good choice, and either a Tial 44mm, a Turbosmart 45mm or a Precision 46mm waste gate should get the job done.
