Default high oil temp links

so ive searched on google but can anyone show me whats the best link to go about (with pictures) to fix the common high oil temp on the v's 2004-05?? the dealer is trying to charge me an arm and a leg bcus they say its gonna take hours and hours to fix it but ive been told its a quick 5 min fix for the bad ground

It's a good idea to clean all of the grounds...on the shock tower in front of the battery, the passenger side head behind the dipstick, and on the back of the passenger cylinder head. It's best to clean both sides (wire terminal and attaching point) and then coat with thick silicon grease to maintain the clean connection.

The sensor in the pan also goes bad. After you drain the oil from the pan, simply unscrew and remove the sensor.
