F/S 1999 Hugger Orange SS Camaro (Hardtop / 6sp)

Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $0
Mileage: 12800
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): KY
Color: Orange

For Sale is my 1999 Hugger Orange SS Camaro
The car is hardtop (i.e. no t-tops), Hugger Orange w/ grey leather interior, 6-speed, with 12,8XX miles. The car has full power accessories but NO traction control and NO CD changer (it does have in dash CD player). This car has no additional “SLP Options” beyond the standard SS package.
The interior is in excellent condition, never smoked in, no stains, rips, or wear. Everything works like new... because it basically still is. (still has a wiff of new car smell)
The exterior is in very good condition. No accidents, dents, or damage of any kind, never been in salt, seen a flake of snow or driven in the rain. I can honestly say I’ve never even turned on the windshield wipers. Always garaged. The only real flaws are a few tiny chips from driving the car on the road and a trace of the "roof bubbles" on the hardtop. (do a search if you are unfamiliar) There isn't a flaw that can be seen without being right on top of it.
It goes without saying that this car is rare. According to what I can research, only 52 Hugger Orange SS Camaro hardtops w/ 6sp manual were built in ’99. If you consider that no production detail is known beyond color, body (t-top/convert/hardtop), transmission and SLP options then it is conceivable that it is even more unique. Add in the fact that this is a low mileage, original owner car that has not been modded to death… well it may as well be 1 of 1 or close to it (I’m sure someone will post up to prove that wrong).
If you ever wanted a practically new 6-speed HOSS without t-tops, here is your chance.
The only non-stock items on the car are the addition of MSD 8.5mm plug wires, NGK plugs, the battery, and the installation of a LS6 intake (which can and may be removed before the car is sold and replaced with the original LS1 intake). The fluids have been changed over to higher quality synthetics (Mobil 1). Everything else on the car is original.
I ordered this car new and am the original owner. I am **** about keeping it clean and religious about maintenance. You will have a hard time finding a cleaner, nicer, SS Camaro anywhere. I bought this car with the intention of never selling it and it shows. The most common comment I here when I pop the hood is "Do you ever drive this car"... Kind of funny, but you get the idea.
So if the car is so great, why am I selling it?
First, I rarely ever use the car anymore… less than 1000 miles in the last 10 years. It gets started and driven just so it doesn’t sit for too long without running…rarely ever for fun or hobby as I would like. Life goes on and I no longer really have time to enjoy the car (wife, kids, career). Second, I am no longer interested in owning a garage queen / show car / rare low mileage car. It is time to move on and let somebody else get a great car.
I am happy to provide pictures of any part of the car. Just PM me what you want and an email address to send the picture to. I will also be happy to discuss any detail of the car over the phone. PM me your phone number and I will call you.
Car is located in Lexington, KY.

Thanks for looking.
