I have a $6400 cash offer is that too low or should I take it?

Between the mileage & no A/C or radio anymore I would say that offer is not a bad one. Even if you include the radio & HVAC stuff in the sale the buyer will need to go and put all that stuff back in which is not easy, especially if you consider that the buyer can buy a similar car with all of that stuff already in it and not have to do any work to it. If you can live with it (that's the most important part), I'd take it. The rebuilt T56 is a plus but it doesn't add a whole lot of value when everything else has 120k+ on it. In the end, if you don't take the $6400 offer, how much more will you be waiting for? $6800? $7000? We are talking about a few hundred bucks here, take the offer and move the car out. Good luck.
