Turbo making horrible noise under boost Doing a little street driving on a new setup tonite and as the turbo comes into boost it makes a horrible, RPM related 'rubbing' metallic rattle type noise. I checked the inlet but there are no signs of contact. Turbo is about 4 years old but is still 'new' with only a couple miles on it. From day one it has had what I felt was alot of slop on the shaft. Turbo is an S91 if that makes a difference. Finally getting the car running and hate to think there is an issue with the turbo.
