2000 silverado with 4.8/TT/stock 4l60e with troubles
So i just completed my build, everything went together quite smoothly, trans was not removed during this swap.
350 miles before the engine swap I had the 60e rebuild and a new stock converter put in.
it ran great, shifted fantastic, no issues.
So I sent out the pcm for a flash for the engine swap and the 2 bar OS.
The engine runs good, however its not running right. The truck cannot get out of its own way. it feels to be in some sort of limp mode. from a stop, if i put it in 2 and floor it, after about 40 seconds I get into boost and it starts to move alittle..
Hooked up my modis and got a plethora of electronic trans codes - p0740,p0753,p0758,p0785,p1637,p1680.
The trans was never unplugged from when it worked..
could it be fuses? something in the tune? at this link I have all my hptuners files, config, logs and the most recent tune. ( i cant find a bad fuse anywhere?)
any help would be REALLY appreciated Thanks all

With that many codes it is almost certain that the trans is not getting +12V, which typically is supplied through a fuse.
The sluggishness is due to limp mode - with no +12 to the trans, both shift solenoids are OFF and the trans stays in 3rd gear.
Here is a recent similar thread that should point you in the right direction:
