Default valve train noise

I installed a cutout last week and now if I am at idle and raise the rpms a few hundred rpms and let off I hear an odd sound. I'm wondering if I am hearing the valve train thru the cutout and I have a bent pushrod or something.

This is thru stock manifolds and cats.

I did some more searching and I think it might be that cat rattline. The valve train doesn't make any odd noises and the rattle occurs when the motor is winding down from 1500 to idle.

I found several other people with cutouts had the same problem.
