What is the difference between PB1480-SS and PBU1480-SS and which is recommended for a 900hp turbo engine?

Based on part numbers it looks like they are for the same application but have different amounts of under drive. Usually pulleys are available as either stock, ud 10%, and ud 25%. For high HP I would want a true balancer like an ati but that's just me.
