Default 2010 camaro gauges in a c3 lsx corvette questions

I have a 74 corvette stingray already did a 5.3/ 4l60e swap in the process of doing my gauges but have a few questions.
so first off i really want to use the speedo/tach from a 2010 camaro any advice so i can have this work with the motor and trans i have?
im going to have a shop to do this but i need to supply them with the materials.
the dash im going with is one form a early 80s c3 which will be modifed for the new gauge cluster.

and a spereate question all together, when i was at the salvage yard looking at the older c3 dash there was an almost perfect c5 interior, now can i use the steering column from at c5 on my c3?

my goal is to go with a modern looking interior.

Has anyone done this or something similar? Any advice would be helpful.

Unfortunately to do this you would need the BCM from the donor car as well.

The C5 steering column would take a lot of work to fit to a mid year C3.

All of the gauge inputs for the 2010+ Camaro cluster come in as GMLAN messages. So, its really not practical for any kind of retrofit. The only discrete inputs are items like the check engine light, coolant level, and washer fluid level.

Do they come from the ECM directly to the cluster across the GMLAN? If so perhaps the right ECM will speak the same language. Or is the BCM required?
