Default Nitrous newb. need help!

Alright guys so I put on my nitrous kit.
car is a 97 corvette m6
Recently Ive done intake, exhaust and a ported Tb on my car so right now its running super rich.. 11.4 afr to be exact.
Nitrous express wet kit (proton plus)

Im running a 50 shot on my car right now and have sprayed a few times to test it. Dont want to do much since I still have the stock platinum plugs in it and that freaks me out.
I know ideal afr for a NA is around 13.0-1 or so.
I have a wet kit so obviously the system provides its own fuel, is that fuel alone enough? or should my afr be somewhere around 12.2 since ill be bumping up to 100 or so. Id like to have the best AFR I can when im not on the bottle because right now im getting TERRIBLE mileage.

also something to add Im at 4500 ft elevation in UT so my cylinder pressures are much lower than most. so far on my 50 shot I know that Im not getting any knock while spraying and also off the bottle. we just didnt have the wideband on to do the rest yet. but we raised my rev limiter, lowered my cooling fans, checked for knock and checked my afr.

opinions please!!

You want your nitrous AFR to be between 11.8 and 12.0. How much timing are you taking out?

I was expecting to probably pull 1-2 degrees on my 100 shot.. right now on the 50 no timing has been pulled and im not getting any knock
