Trans Am vs SRT8
Short boring race between me and my brother in his TA. He couldn't get any traction from a dig so I took pity and gave him a roll race. 15 mph start. I have a dig video too, but didn't see any point in uploading it since I just left him behind.

Trans Am has full exhaust, lid tune
Jeep is CAI, muffler delete and tune
I really want to get a dig 1/4 mile race with him because I think it will be very close at the 1/4.
Edit: not sure how to embed photobucket and YouTube was being stupid and wouldn't upload my video so all I have is a link.

I love the Jeep but unfortunately that particular platform isn't a real big contender on the top end due to the weight and the aero, or lack thereof. But I haven't come across any random cars on the street that can come close to taking me from street light to street light. I'm sure there are a few out there capable, but I haven't had any line up with me yet.

My original plan was a D1 @ 6-7 lbs, stall and transmission. But the Jeep kind of got knocked down a level on the totem pole when I bought my Cobra so I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of coin on it anymore. The 6.1's can take a 150 shot pretty easily so I may do that with a stall and transmission. That would put me around 500 to the wheels and cost a third of the D1. Decisions, lol.
