I have a 4" exhaust on my turbo trailblazer, also has a large diesel magnaflow muffler installed and it is still too loud and also drones at 22-2500 rpms, anybody have any suggestions on a quieter muffler, or to add another one after the large muffler? i have like 15" x 5.5" space for another muffler.

I have used a 40" long Donaldson diesel muffler p/n m085171. It's pretty big but it's quiet with no drone.

I just scored a 4.0" in/out muffler/resonator from a late model Dodge Cummins. Its a round body stainless type, prob 12" case length. The muffler shop was going to toss it after pulling and replacing with straight piece to make it louder. Unknown on the sound, I plan on installing the rest of the exhaust after dyno tuning.

Look for a stock diesel muffler. They are pretty good at knocking down sound.
