Default V2 Spark plugs whats best???

It's been a long time since I've been on here, but I just bought a 2011 Coupe and I've been turning it up even before getting plates. I'm running about 14 to 15 pounds and the car has NGK TR8IX plugs in it now. Is that to cold of a plug or pretty common? I set gap to .030. I will make a mod list soon, Thanks
