99 trans am vs 05 mustang GT

My mods V3 cam,6.0 heads ported and milled,headers,3300k stall,ls6 intake, air Lid, hp about 420
The Gt cammed and supercharger
We plan on going from a 35 mph roll and 40. You guys think i have a chance ???

. I saw an auto last time out with Lawhead, full weight, 2400 (the **** is the point) stall, full exhaust, street tires (non DR) canned tune running 13 flat all day @~105. While this is not groundbreaking performance, especially in LS-land...ad boost and cams...could be quick.
