Some 3H Cars At The Track
Been a while since a few of us have been to the track, time to see what our street manners transfer to at the track. First time to the track for a lot of the cars, got some decent baselines.

I don't think so, those things are awful slow, I had no problem handing one its *** from any roll on the street. I don't know what his mods were but it wasn't stock for sure.

Thats were your wrong mine ran 12.8 @ 114 mph bone stock. Could of been better but was 30 degrees out. There are some guys around 12.2 stock and one guy trapped 115 mph with the superbee. Simple tune and better tires these cars will run high 11s all day with the A5. Not bad for a 4300 lb car.

I can see it. The new hemis make power. A tight factory converter holds it back from laying all the power down in the 60'. just like any other factory auto car. Even the old srt-8's flew on the highway compared to the times and mph they layed down, but 114 is cooking.

i ran a 12 stock in my 5th gen with headers and cold air intake. from 20 all the way up to a 60 kick in 10mph intervals. i pulled it every time. from a dig it only got worse. if they are trapping 115 they are some hidden mods somewhere

I watched a I/E Auto 392 Challenger run 13.0s@109 all night at about 1000 DA. Not a lick of wheel spin either. Supposedly the '14s are faster with the 8 spd though. Not everything runs the same time everywhere. Duh.

Both MotorTrend and Edmunds were able to trap 112 in the 6.4 Charger. Most know that you can squeeze a little more out of magazine times so I don't see why 113 or even 114 would be SOOO surprising. It is perfectly in the realm of possibility.

Had a fun race with a built/cammed/procharged 300 SRT8 around 70rwhp ago. Car sounded sick as hell, and rolled pretty decent for a heavy car.
Idle vid of it:
The races. He honked them off.. got the jump on me because it was hard to hear the horn over the loud "whooshing" from his setup. Good running car though. 600++ on a Mustang dyno

There are some EXCELLENT drivers in that video, I mean real winners. Lol.
Cool to see all those cars run at the track through. The RCSB Silverado moved the eff out, and I lol'd hard at the "Bro" title for that brodozer.
Also, I don't see any problem with a 392 car trapping 114 stock. I haven't seen it happen yet at my local track, but I'm sure it's possible.
