lq9 nitrous setup critique me please
What i have-
motor is an 02 lq9 w. 60k miles
ARP Head Studs
New OEM MLS headgaskets
Port matched 317 heads
Lunati Dual valve springs
MS3 Cam
ls7 lifters
ARP rod bolts
1 7/8 shorty headers
90mm throttle body
Ls2 Intake manifold
ford racing 42# injectors
ebay fuel rails
what i plan to buy
Nos fogger kit w. 200hp jets
aeromotive 340lph fuel pump
Aeromotive A1000 FPR
6an feedline for fuel rail
Heres my questions
what stall should i run in a built 4l65e, are the 42# injectors large enough or should i go 60#, should i run a stand alone surge tank with race fuel or will pump 93 be sufficient, can i expect to see 600 rwhp on spray? can i run the fogger nozzle before the throttle plate or should i try to find the throttle body adaptor plate?

any dyno numbers? i think i can keep the oem ls2 fuel rails to over 600hp, also your running a 100 shot think they will support any more?
at 43.5 psi ford pressure 42# injectors flow 441cc
at 58 PSI GM pressure it should flow 48.5# so i think they will be sufficient

You should be fine with your 42# injectors due to the fact that you will not be adding any more fuel through them for the nitrous.
You can pull the fuel off of the rails if you want and they will be fine even with running 93 octane. A standalone would be a better option due to the fact that you will be able to run more timing while spraying when you run race fuel in it. Also running a stand alone will prevent any pressure drop on the rails.
The setup that you are running is very close to what I personally run on my truck and I see you easily hitting your 600hp mark.
The injection method is up to you, most people are in favor of a plate but we also have very good luck with a single nozzle in the intake tube. That is what I personally run and I have sprayed 250 hp through it on a factory cathedral port truck manifold several times without any major problems with distribution, and 200hp several more times. I am also pretty conservative on my tune to be safe and run it on 93 octane.
If you have any more question please feel free to ask.

If you pull fuel from the fuel rail be sure to check your fuel pressure. I would look into the racetronix fuel pump and hotwire harness to be safe, especially on a 200 shot. My car would not hold enough fuel pressure on a 200 shot but I did have a 408 making 500 to the wheels before the 200 shot.
