Default Find the ABS sensor hookup....

So the car has been coming together nicely. Looking to turn the key in a day or two. We were doing some final checks on the car and found that the drivers front brake abs sensor had yet to be hooked up. The pigtail is hooked up to the sensor at the caliper but the wire just ends at the transition from wheel well to engine bay. On the other side we dug around looking for where in the harness the sensor plugs into but found absolutely nothing.

What lead on the main wiring harness does this plug into? Where does it originate from? Or does it plug into another harness?

Thanks for the help as always lads and gents.

Shoebox has some wiring diagrams on his site. Perhaps it'll be of some use:

Thanks for the link but I have gone through his site with a fine tooth comb. It is immensely helpful but doesn't depict "that thing I was looking for."

I'll dig around my car later today and see what I can find.

The connector for the driver's side ABS sensor should be pinned to the inside frame rail about even with the brake vacuum booster. The wires break out of the main harness right under the booster. The two wires are easily recognized, because they are tightly twisted together.

And it does state where the wires go in this schematic from shobox's site:

Thanks guys. We didn't see anything when we were looking for it in that area. This car had a new harness put in because the old one got chewed to all hell. Im wondering if there is a stray lead that was supposed to be pinned to the frame rail that currently is not. I will investigate and report back.

We ended up finding it exactly where shbox said it would be. Thanks a ton.
