Default S60 fit on lowered car?

I thought I read some where that the fit on a lowered car with an S60 requires some BFH mod, but I cant find anything about it with the search. Maybe I am completely wrong and I am dreaming it up.

Does anyone know if there is a concern with how the S60 fits on a lowered car? I have G2 springs so the car sits fairly low.

Default S60

My car is lowered on an older set of Ebiach pro spings. Probably close to 2" lower than stock. I dont have any issues with my S60 on my car. I didn't have to BFH mod anything to make it fit.

The S60 is a great performance rearend for the f-body car, and Strange has engineered it very well concerning fitment. The are no major clearance issues with the S60, but you have to figure if you lowwer a car far enough something will hit. We generally do not recommend to lower the car much more than 1.5 inches but it is possible.

Concerning the torque arm clearance issues it is a known fact that the stamped style 9" rears will have a tunnel clearance problem even at stock ride height and require some clearancing mods.

Get you best quote then give me a call when you are ready for the S60 rear. I guarantee the lowest price, best tech help, and can hook you up on any of our high quality suspension parts if you are in need.

I just got an S60 installed in my Z28. Awesome fit. I've gone back to stock height rear springs to fit a tall Mickey, but even lowered on Strano's the S60 fit like a champ. I still have the stock tq arm but will be calling MWC to remedy that.
