Default 370 built.. Advice please..

Hey guys, I sold my engine and currently looking for a good company to get a 370 shortblock built to hold boost.. Any advice on a good company?
This is what I currently had:
- TBSS intake/throttle body
- LS9 head gaskets
- X-link adapter
- Stock48 custom grind cam for a 370"
- Walbro 400 fuel pump
I was thinking on selling it and going L92 type of heads route because my local mechanic told me those heads can outflow most of the aftermarket cathedral heads but since I already have the complete intake setup I might stick with cathedral heads, any advice for boost?? I was looking at AFR's but i have read that stock 317's can get the job done for boost..
I am looking to run anywhere close to 17-18psi of boost..
What injector size should I get??

Thank you guys in advance for any advice!!

As for a company to build it just check around you for a reputable place and bring it to them you could have a stock 6.0 hold 17-18lbs but as always it won't stop there so do forged internals since your looking already. But do you have a hp or a time in mind you want to run?? What Turbo??? The 317s will definitely get the job done. Ls6 intake or whatever you want to throw up top. A nice cam , valve springs, pushrod package and you will be good to go for a while. Injectors depends on what fuel...e85 do an injector over the 120 range if you can swing it some ID 's if not some FIC injectors are a nice piece for the money. And if your doing just pump gas the typical 80lb injectors have been used in tons of builds with great results to 1000hp. Hope this helps

Thanks man!! Right now I am debating between thompson vs ATK to build my shortblock, as for numbers, I want to be in the 800rwhp range, I will be running pump gas and forgot to add that I already have a devilsown water/meth kit..
Turbo is a trick performance, 76/75 precision..
Should I invest on a better set of heads or should I run 317's??
Thanks again for your help

How much hp does a stock crankshaft can hold? Should I improve to a K1 or certain aftermarket one?

Is this an auto car or manual??? The turbo is on the smaller side I would go larger unless you already havebought the turbo.if your doing meth the 80s are fine. Also the stock crank is good for the 12-1300hp range from what I've read.

This is a RCSB 4wd silverado..
The current turbo I bought was a 76/68 cause it was going in my 5.3, after I decided to get a forged 370, I spoke with Rick at trick performance and I will send him that turbo tomorrow and get a 76/75.. We talked about upgrading to a 80 turbo but he said it would be a total different setup.. I need fast spooling so we think this turbo will get us there.. Or if you know of a better turbo that would work in the same setup as the 76/75 please let me know
