avoid Quality on North Lamar. they are garbage. had a motor done by them and they installed the cam bearings in wrong. tore up my cam along with most of the motor. i went back to talk about my "warranty" and they told me to **** off. they are owned and employ retards so beware.

Had work done at "jankes" machine in SA. Old man janke is like 100yrs old but his work and shop is legit. Engine dyno and everything. Shop is spotless clean and professional looking.

I cant remember the name of the place at the moment but I will try to find out, its off of 1st and Industrial I believe. I had some LT1 heads cleaned up there a number of years ago and it was reasonable.

Buddies got a speed inc forged 370 there for a re-ring, clean up, and reassembly after it sat for 6 yrs while he was out of the country and it's been there for 5 months now.
