Injectors won't fit in 102 lsxr intake....
I have a cathedral port lsxr 102 intake and I bought 42lb FIC injectors from Texas speed. The injector itself doesn't come close to the bottom of the hole. They feel like they bottom out and just won't click I to place. I haven't used the new o-rings yet that the intake came with but I still don't see how they will fit in there . Anyone ever have a problem like this?

I just sent texas speed an email of exactly what type of injector they are as it did not come with any papers. I'm not sure if they are the fat bodies or what. All I was told so far is that they are FIC 42lb injectors. And that they are ford ones so they come out to 46 or 48 I forget. I'll get back to you with more info as soon as I find out

I just talked to texas speed and they said they aren't fat bodies. They are like an off white color but they said they don't have any other info other than what I provided so far. So I guess I'll just try the new o rings when I get off of work and see if those work

Not really surprised. It's either length or width. The fat bodies require that you Dremel sand the FAST cover to fit them.
The LS3 injectors require a 1/2" spacer and if the injectors are LS1 o-ring diameter then you will need an o-ring that adapts LS1 dia to the ls2/3 diameter.
