Default Questions for a Pro Tuner

I have a LT1 project that will be wrapped up hopefully in a month or 2. Before I purchase a few more parts, I'd like to speak with mid-michigan tuner if possible. The ease of tuning, and trying to be smart about the rest of the project, is the reason for the questions. My questions are;

1) What size throttle body?

2) Are my 36LB injectors good for their new application?

3) With my expected hp range, what should I be looking for on the exhaust side. More specifically 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" or what ever. I'm also going with new cats (not yet purchased either).

4) I believe I need new MAF as well. I'm running an OBD1 computer on a 97, I'm guessing the car will be in the 360hp range, would a stock size maf be appropriate?

The engine is a 355 LT1 in a 97 T/A. Supporting relevant to tuning parts are;

1) OBD1 Conversion.

2) LE2 Heads, to include a gutted and gasket/port matched intake

3) 305 cam

4) 6 speed manual/4:10 gears

5) 255 fuel pump

6) Stock ram air intake

7) 36 lb injectors (as mentioned above)

I'm sure there are few other things that I missed. I'm looking to get this car tuned in a month or 2, hopefully in mid michigan. I'm 30 minutes west of Flint.

Thanks,
Ryan

58, stepped headers like you said, stock maf is meh, and why not go with a custom grind cam?

Injectors and MAF are fine, 52mm and 1 3/4 will flow plenty of air for your goal. Get a couple 3" cats of your choice.

Thanks for the responses. Now I need to find someone to do the tune....

As for "why not go with custom cam?", I had the LE2.2 cam previously. The car was likely never tuned as good as it should have been (multiple issues to include a blown water jacket). I averaged 16mpg on the expressway. That took the fun out of weekend spins, so I'm experimenting with a less aggressive cam.
