Default What is this thing? (Intake manifold piece)



Trying to figure out what this thing is, the thing with the green cap where it attaches right behind the throttle body with the tubing running out to the rear of the engine?

Canister purge valve. Not needed for a swap, but there will be a hole requiring a plug if you remove it. I made a nylon plug on my lathe and used the o-ring from the original valve to seal it.
