Default sad dyno results with h/c/I and bolts ons and tranny and yank 3600 stall

Hey guys idk what to think just got tuned last Friday (I was having a bad ground, so electrical issues. As in my previous thread ) I got 233/239 tsp cam, 799 PNP heads, 42# injectors and ls6 intake . These numbers seem really low to me . I wanted to know what yall think of the dyno sheet. I believe it was on dyno jet . But I have fix the bad ground today everything fine . But the car doesn't feel right tho, at higher speeds around 60 or 70 when I floor it it feels sluggish it doesn't really pick up and at 40 its OK at best. The tuner said that the electrical issue was causing the car to missfire . So I asked it was ok to tune he said yeah and he could still do it. I trusted him cause iv delt with him before . I just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks in advance guys .

Who ported those heads and is the engine sound? More power to be had with it pulling higher but the torque looks low.

A guy in la Porte PNP the 799 heads I'll get pic of them up in a few, really good job he did on them. Engines sound, its only at wot it feels sluggish. Yeah only gained like 23 in torque that's where I got worried a Little bit. But some ppl say dyno don't matter its how it feels. But unfortunately for me if feels sluggish. I wish he would just told me to fix the issue before he did the tune. But I trusted him. I thought the gagues not reading right was cause of the new heads and cam set up, since its my first one I didn't know what to expect. Car started fine and everything only when I actually started driving to get it tuned when the gagues fluxuated up and down etc, but it never turned off or any thing . I guess it was barley making ground.

What was the electrical issue that was causing it to misfire? I started my car one time and the battery was low, felt like it was only firing on every other cylinder. If the coils don't get full voltage, the won't fire correctly. I don't understand how he would say it will be fine to tune it when it's not firing on all cylinders. Get it fixed and take it to someone else.

^^^^ Why in the hell would any tuner try to tune a car knowing there is issues?

Try another wiring harness to see if that fixes your grounding issue.

I had a H/C/I car make 198rwhp on time, the owner was not happy with it so he bought a complete built motor. It made 204 with the now motor, come to find out it was a bad transmission that was holding the car back. Put a new trans in it and it ran like a champ...

I had a bad ground. There are three wires in the back of the driver side head. I only had two hooked up there are two thin ones and one thick one. Im guessing the third(thick one) that was loose and dangling was barley touching the block and making contact. So every time I hit a bump my gauges went crazy. So that's at every bump imagine at wot and with the engine loping and shaking at idle . It probably was making contact then not making contact making contact then not etc... causing it to miss. Well that my assumption.

Trans is fine. I believe it was just the bad ground. Like they say a bad ground is always 90% of a problem in electrical. It was making everything act weird well my gauges in my case.

The builder did not build it right. The car felt like something was holding it back as if the E-brake was on.

Just a random thought because I had this issue, but have you replaced the fuel filter lately or in between these mods?
