LS2 Water Pump

LS2 Water Pump So the water pump on my car is not long for this world.. its growling at me and it only does it at idle.. I had 3 people hear it and they all said it was the WP...
so I was looking at getting the LS2 pump... aside from the shallower pulley.. its a bolt up and go part correct??
Do I need anything else for it to be "plug and play"?

Just get the AC Delco 251-744 pump for the LS1. They discontinued the old pump and switched out to a design similar to the LS2 in 2010: http://acdelcotechconnect.com/pdf/ne...-news-2010.pdf
