Default 4l60e leaking from driveshaft yoke

I fixed up my broken tranny and got it in yesterday. It shifts very well. I noticed a puddle of fluid under my truck this morning so I checked it to make sure it want low and it was actually over filled so I figured it was just bleeding off from the vent tube and it would eventually stop. After it leaked for a whole I decided i better check it out. I pulled it up on some ramps and crawled under it. Terr was a steady drip from the driveshaft yoke. The part of the yoke that contacts the seal is perfectly dry. The fluid is coming out from behind the u-joint. Is it cracked or did I do something wrong?

I should have searched before I wrote all that. Where can I get the actual sleeve I need?
