Default 4L80E yoke to stock driveshaft U-Joint info

Well Im sure its been written in stone but a definite answer was not easily found with a search. I found a Precision part # 447 available at any Oriley auto parts store works perfectly and is in stock in my local store. It converts the 4L80's Spicer 1350 series yoke to a stock GM 3R/S44 unit. The conversion U-Joint cost $28.99 + tax. Hope this helps someone out.

sorry to necromance but I'm about to install a 4l80 into my own car, and I'm trying to get some clarity.
Do you have to get the ujoint if you stick with the 4l80 yoke? is that only for newer ones with the slip yoke already on there?
I have the bolt on one and I belive I have to get a th400 yoke with a counterbore to mate to my stock drive shaft but im not entirely sure.
