Y-pipe removal?
Took out my EGR and my AIR last night and tried to take of my Y-pipe (in the process of installing LTs) but the damn bolts are freakn stuborn as hell. Sprayed some WD40 on them and am hoping that will do the trick by the morning; how do you guys suggest going about taking the exhaust manifolds of... from the top or from the bottom? Is there any walk through type-up on this process? TIA.

Or use your feet. Your legs are at least twice as powerfull as your arms. Dont kick, use a steady push. Thats how I got the castle nuts loose on the steering linkange on my father's van. I dont know it this is a good idea for exhaust though. You might move/break something.

If your install goes like mine did.....you will be pulling the manifold bolts from the top and bottom. Some are easier to get from the top, some the bottom.

Instead of WD-40 I'd try spraying the bolts and stuff with PB Blaster or with Liquid Wrench. Let the chemicals soak in, spray again, let them soak in again, then use a breaker bar or a wrench with a "cheater bar" (long hollow pipe slipped over the end of the wrench) for the extra leverage.
Heat works well too - but only if you have access to the tools and so on.
