Default EFILive help

I have EFILive and was hoping that maybe I could get some help on wether or not I should get some tuning done? What should I look for? I have a few runs saved but not sure what to do with it?LOL

Aside from timing which you can easily see in EFILive you would need to check your A/F ratio with a wideband O2 sensor. You cannot simply look at scantool readings to determine whether or not your A/F ratio is correct.

What does this wideband O2 sensor do? And where can I get one.
