G5X3 cam and Vacuum???
Will I need a vacuum booster when I install this cam? I have the 114 LSA one and someone mention to me that I will not have enough vacuum for my brakes because of the size and duration of this cam???

I did Heads n cam at the same time. Its a 2000 z28 M6. Mods are g5x3,comp R lifters, Vinci Rockers(1.7), Patriot ls6 style heads(59cc chamber) ls6 intake w/28lb injectors, Lid/CAI, stock descreened MAF, TSP ported TB, Pacesetter long tubes, duals 3" into x pipe 2.5" out into Spintech Pro Shootout Mufflers, Spec StgIII , Nine ince w/4.33s. Tuned thru the mail by Chris Robinson. Not sure of the race weight but I had only removed the front sway bar and the spare/jack so I am guessing 3500 to 3600 lbs. I am a fattass weighing in at an astounding 125lbs. If that helps any.
BTW nice pic of the Odometer on your site! Min just rolled over the sam number and I wish I had my camera to capture it lol!

The fast ramp rates of the XE-R lobe actually provide better vacum as compared to a cam of equal size on a slow ramp. This means your car will be fine. People run much bigger cams than this and still get off with no problems. The cam is 2 degrees bigger than the X2 FYI.
