Does anyone know the best place to find the front tag inserts with the bird for Firebird/Trans Ams?

the tag on the front of the car, they have inserts for Firebird/Trans Ams that are a bird(firebird). I have been hunting for one for a while. They seem to be hard to find.

thats what Im talking about, but dealers are always over-priced on everything. I was wondering if any websites carried them.

If you knoe the part number, you can look it up on www.gmpartsdirect.com and probably get it for half what the dealer would charge. If you dont know the part number, call a dealer and talk to the parts counter.

I am wanting the same thing. I just keep looking on ebay at cars and also at the vehicles for sale here and maybe I can find one that is wrecked or the seller is willing to sell. I heard they are very hard to get from private party and you should just go to the dealer. Like you, I thought they are overpriced some and don't want to go that route yet!

By the way, if you want the parts number for gmpartsdirect, go to firehawk.org and look for my post of it and also from "the kiss guy"
